1. Open the planner

Open My Planner when enabled for your account. Use Today or the month arrows, select a day and choose Add event. The planner organises intentions; it does not affect airline economy until you take action in the relevant workspace.

2. Choose the event type

Enter Date and Time UTC. Plan a Flight lets you search the active route list by ICAO, flight number or distance. Plan MX selects an aircraft and A, C or D check. Plan Aircraft Movement selects an aircraft and destination ICAO. Confirm the registration and location before saving.

3. Review the reminder and saved event

The Send reminder option requests an internal message four hours before the event. Review the selected day and Upcoming list after saving. Check UTC against your local time, especially around midnight; a calendar event is not proof of a published aircraft schedule.

4. Perform and verify the actual action

At the planned time, use the appropriate flight, maintenance or transfer workflow. A Plan MX event does not reserve a workshop or authorise maintenance. Recheck availability, quotes and restrictions at the time of action. Verify the resulting flight or aircraft record separately from the planner.

Continue with maintenance or tracked flights.
