Keep the ticket readable first

Use branding to make the airline recognisable while keeping route, passenger and flight details clear.

1. Open Ticket Designer

Eligible company owners can open Tools → Ticket Designer. Use a desktop layout. Access requires the appropriate owner and company context.

Confirm the airline before editing. Choose a starting style such as Signature, Midnight, Minimal or Sunset, then inspect its preview.

2. Customise the design

  1. Choose colours with enough contrast for text.
  2. Set the typeface, label treatment, document label and footer wording.
  3. Adjust shape and spacing without crowding the content.
  4. If using background artwork, review fit, opacity and scale.
  5. Choose which ticket details to show, including route emphasis, city names, aircraft details and logo options.

Artwork should not obscure airport codes or important labels. Check the main ticket and stub, not just the background.

3. Preview before publishing

Read the preview as a passenger would. Check short and long airport or airline names where the preview allows. Make sure the logo and text remain legible against the chosen background.

Reset is different from publishing. Use it only when you intend to reset the design, and inspect any confirmation first.

4. Publish and verify

Select Publish design, wait for confirmation, and reopen the designer or generated ticket to confirm the saved appearance. Choosing artwork or editing a field alone is not proof the design was published.

If the tool is unavailable

Check that you are the eligible company owner and are using the supported desktop view. Do not change airline permissions broadly to solve an owner-only restriction. For the airline's base identity, use Company settings.
