Personal preferences apply to you; company policy can change what employees may do.
1. Open owner settings
Go to Settings → Company Settings. This section is shown to the owner. If it is absent, confirm you are signed in as the owner of the intended airline.
Review the identity and branding controls available. Keep names, codes, callsign and artwork consistent with the identity pilots and public visitors should see.
2. Save a deliberate identity change
- Check existing values before editing.
- Follow field formats and image-upload requirements.
- Review any preview; choosing a file is not proof it was saved.
- Use the relevant Save Changes control.
- Refresh and verify the saved information.
Company identity can feed callsigns, flight numbers and generated designs. Check those outputs after a change.
3. Review operating policy
Company controls include hiring, automatic acceptance and allowing pilots to create free flights. Read each description, choose the intended policy, and save it. Automatic acceptance skips joining approval; disabling free flights is an airline policy change, not a repair for an individual flight.
Use roles and permissions to manage what accepted employees can do.
4. Use the separate branding tools
Eligible owners can configure Ticket Designer and Discord Flight Alerts. Personal profile, sessions and simulator settings remain separate tabs.
Website Builder and Announcements are currently developer-restricted in navigation. Do not assume every owner has them because they appear in another account.
Before you finish
- The intended airline was changed.
- The relevant form confirmed saving.
- Values survive refresh.
- Employees know about policy changes affecting their work.
