Choose the tab that owns the setting

Settings groups account information, login sessions, simulator connections and workspace preferences. Company policy is a separate owner-only area.

1. Review account information

Open Settings → Account. Review the profile, security and subscription controls available to your account. Read each form's requirements and save through its own control.

Subscription eligibility and pricing should be read from the current subscription page. Do not assume a plan shown to a CEO applies to a pilot account.

2. Inspect sessions

Open Sessions to review web devices and logins. Identify a session before using an available sign-out or removal action. Read the confirmation so you know which device is affected.

A web login session is different from a simulator pairing. Manage simulator connections in their own tab.

3. Configure integrations and social preferences

  1. Use Simulators for MSFS/X-Plane connector settings.
  2. Use 3rd Party for supported external accounts and integrations.
  3. Use Social for messaging and group preferences.
  4. Save the relevant form and verify its resulting state.

Link only the account you intend to use. If a popup is blocked or a connection remains incomplete, check the displayed status before starting a second linking attempt.

4. Set workspace and schedule preferences

Portal contains workspace preferences. Where available, Schedules includes designer autosave, duration-scaled cards and local-time references.

Local schedule times are visual references: the designer operates in UTC. Autosave helps preserve local work; it is not the same as publishing a template or creating a rollback version.

After changing settings

  • You saved the correct form.
  • The values survive refresh.
  • You checked the affected workspace.
  • You did not mistake a personal preference for a company-wide policy.
