1. Open the correct mailbox

Open Email from Flying > Social. Confirm the mailbox and account shown. If the address is unavailable, read the page message and check the airline home-airport details rather than inventing an address.

2. Find and organise messages

Use Inbox and open a message to read its full content. The mailbox also provides Sent, Flagged, Archive and Deleted views. If a message seems missing, check the relevant folder before assuming delivery failed. Organise messages only after reading any dates or actions they contain.

3. Compose or reply carefully

Use the compose or reply control, review the recipient, subject and message, then send once. Use the recipient rules displayed by the portal; do not assume it supports every external email address. After sending, confirm the item in Sent instead of resubmitting because the first response was slow.

4. Keep operational actions distinct

A message discussing an aircraft, job or payment is not proof that the underlying operation has completed. Open the corresponding portal record and verify it. Keep credentials out of messages. For chat and airline coordination, see the communication guide.
