1. Read your airline policy

Open My wallet & progression and confirm the company. Wages, flight bonuses, cargo bonuses, ranks and type ratings depend on the airline settings. A feature being available does not mean your company has enabled it. Ask an authorised manager to review the applicable policy when needed.

2. Check the qualifying record

Find the completed company flight and its ID. Personal or freelancer flying does not automatically qualify as company reward activity. Progression is based on eligible activity under the configured policy, not an assumption that all earlier flightbook hours transfer into it. Cargo bonuses depend on the final contract delivery pilot.

3. Separate earned amounts from payment

Review earned amounts, outstanding earnings and any recorded payment separately. Managers have payment controls in HR, and wages draw on company cash. Check the terms that applied to the flight; rank pay can override individual hiring rates. A policy change is not evidence that an already recorded payment is wrong.

4. Check qualifications and report the difference

Rank and type-rating display can be enabled separately from enforcement. When restrictions are enforced, check the actual allowed aircraft classes; permissions do not automatically inherit from another rank. Promotions are evaluated with qualifying flight activity.

Send the manager the flight ID, completion date, expected reward and displayed result. For configuration details, use the HR management guide. Escalate unexplained differences with those records rather than repeating a flight.
