1. Open your subscription
Open Subscription through account settings and check the CEO account named on the page. The subscription belongs to that account; pilots do not need to purchase it. Real subscription billing is separate from in-game aircraft loans and company credits.
2. Read the current offer
Use the price, billing period, eligibility and terms displayed now. The current page describes an annual preorder, automatic renewal until cancelled and no monthly preorder option. It also states that existing feature access is unchanged. Check those live statements before choosing an offer because billing availability can change.
3. Manage billing or renewal
Use Manage billing when available to review payment details or invoices. Read Cancel renewal carefully: the page states cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Do not assume cancellation means an immediate refund. Review any credit explanation and final checkout amounts rather than treating an estimate as a final invoice.
4. Verify the result
Use Refresh status after returning from billing and confirm the subscription or renewal state. If checkout or cancellation is unclear, inspect status and invoices before repeating it. Send support the account and relevant invoice reference, but never card details or payment credentials.
