Hourly wages come from company funds. Plan them alongside aircraft, maintenance and other operating costs.
1. Review employees and hiring
Open HR, then Overview and Employees. Inspect requests and activity. Available sections depend on permissions; disabled Bookings or Reports entries are not active workflows.
Review hiring, automatic acceptance and minimum flight-hour rules in the available HR or Company Settings controls. Automatic acceptance skips manual joining review.
2. Configure wages and bonuses
- As owner, open Pay & progression.
- Choose hourly wages, flight bonuses, cargo bonuses and progression independently.
- Set an affordable default hourly rate within the displayed limit.
- Review qualifying-flight and cargo-contract thresholds and amounts.
- Select Save pay & progression and check the saved policy.
Completed airline flights contribute hours from the first rewards configuration. Personal and freelancer flights do not count. Cargo bonuses concern the pilot completing a qualifying contract's final delivery, not simply loading stock.
3. Build ranks and qualifications
Use Add rank for names, thresholds, badges and rates. The form supports up to ten ranks, starting at Rank 0. When enabled, Pay by rank overrides individual hiring rates. Promotions apply to the next flight.
Aircraft type ratings displays the parking classes assigned to ranks. Enforce type ratings additionally restricts bookings and new flights, including the CEO's.
- Choose exact A–F classes for each rank.
- Classes are not inherited from earlier ranks.
- All classes unchecked means unrestricted aircraft access for that rank.
Review fleet access before enabling enforcement.
4. Review progress and earnings
Use Pilot progression for tracked hours, current rank and effective rate, and My wallet & progress for personal progress. Owners can review individual rates and Pay outstanding earnings where offered.
Check cash and payment state before retrying. Policy changes start new bonus cycles while retaining earned hours and pay. Disabling a feature stops new rewards for it. Review affordability in Finances.
