Choose the event and audience before enabling alerts

Webhook configuration controls which airline events are sent to an external Discord channel. Configure only the destinations you intend to use.

1. Open the alert editor

Eligible owners can open Tools → Webhook, labelled Discord Flight Alerts. Confirm the airline and select the event module you want to configure.

Each event has its own configuration. Saving one event should not be assumed to configure every other tab.

2. Set the destination and content

  1. Use the intended Discord channel's webhook URL.
  2. Paste it into Discord Webhook URL.
  3. Review the event's title, message and available field options.
  4. Use supported values offered by the editor instead of inventing placeholders.
  5. Check the preview and whether fields should appear inline.

The webhook URL is a private posting credential. Do not include it in public screenshots, Wiki comments or ordinary support descriptions.

3. Enable and save

Set Enabled as intended, choose Save, and wait for the saved status. Reopen the event to verify its destination and content. Repeat only for other events you actually want.

Reset is a separate editing action. Review its result before saving over a custom layout.

4. Check the next intended event

After a normal qualifying airline event, check the intended channel. Verify the event type, airline and displayed fields. Avoid generating unnecessary operational actions merely to create an alert.

If an alert is missing

Check that the correct module is enabled, its URL was saved, the event actually completed, and the Discord destination remains valid. If it is still unexplained, report the event and time without exposing the private URL. Do not repeatedly perform a purchase or flight-completion action to retry a notification.
