1. Locate the stock

In CargoLife, check Storage, warehouse inventory and Aircraft Cargo. Confirm commodity, quantity and airport. Cargo purchased at one airport is not automatically available at another. A warehouse, waiting supplier stock and cargo already aboard an aircraft represent different stages.

2. Check aircraft and loading

Use a delivered cargo aircraft and inspect its actual location and available capacity. If cargo is already aboard, an ordinary ferry or transfer may not be the correct movement workflow. Open the aircraft cargo view and resolve its load through the supported controls. Discarding stock is not a substitute for completing a delivery.

3. Match the flight to the job

Confirm whether this is CargoLife trading or a classic contract. Use the intended dispatch or Fly Now workflow and inspect the selected cargo before tracking. For contracts, check accepted status, expiry, destination and delivered quantity. A landing at the right airport does not by itself prove the correct contract was fulfilled.

4. Reconcile partial or failed results

Compare quantity before loading, quantity aboard and recorded delivery after completion. A partial quantity requires investigation of the remaining stock, not an assumption that the entire order failed. Check expiry and current recovery messages before committing more money. Read the live AI availability notice before attempting crew dispatch.
