CargoLife currently displays an AI-disabled notice while changes are reviewed. Follow the live notice and enabled controls; do not buy equipment or hire crew assuming AI dispatch is immediately available.
1. Distinguish cargo crew from employees
CargoLife AI crews are separate from human airline employees and HR roles. Use CargoLife for cargo crew tools and HR for airline employees.
Owned or rented warehouse capacity is a prerequisite for crew hiring capacity. Aircraft type ratings, an appropriate delivered freighter, stock and company cash also matter.
2. When dispatch is enabled
Inspect candidates in Recruitment Office, including qualifications, hiring cost and continuing pay. After hiring, verify the crew in Crew Dashboard.
- Open Dispatch Cargo.
- Select an available qualified crew and suitable aircraft.
- Choose eligible stock, collection point, supported warehouse destination and quantity.
- Review availability, capacity and all quoted logistics costs.
- Confirm once and inspect the job.
Current notices describe AI cargo as warehouse-to-warehouse. Do not assume AI deliveries build supplier trust; the manual supplier cycle has separate rules.
3. Monitor active work
Crew Dashboard shows status, location, assigned aircraft, pay and active jobs. Read the crew log for recent activity and failures. Travel, loading, flying and unloading take time; do not duplicate an active job because final inventory has not changed yet.
4. Recover after checking cargo
- Read the failed-job log.
- Inspect aircraft location, onboard cargo and source and destination stock.
- Correct the cause where possible.
- Use the offered recovery control after determining what completed.
- Confirm the crew is released and check cargo again before redispatching.
Releasing a crew does not imply its remaining cargo was unloaded or sold.
While AI is unavailable
Use manual cargo delivery and check official portal notices for changes. Repeatedly submitting a disabled operation will not enable it.
