Availability
ParcelLife is currently marked for developer access in the portal menu as well as requiring its feature permission. This guide does not imply general availability. Use the ordinary CargoLife and contract guides for operations available to your account.
1. Find a route batch
When authorised, open ParcelLife and the Route board. Search an origin, select the intended route and inspect available parcels, destination, weight and deadlines. A failed or fallback data message needs attention before treating the displayed list as current.
2. Stage the load
Review the Load manifest, aircraft and sorting choice. Auto-load and Stage load are distinct controls: inspect the resulting selection before staging. Stage load submits a loading action, so it is not merely a personal planning note. Read the returned loaded quantity and registration, then check the aircraft manifest.
3. Follow shipment tracking
Open Tracking and enter the shipment number, or select a loaded parcel to inspect it. Review its events and actual state. Staged freight is not completed delivery. Confirm the supported onward operation shown by the current workspace; do not assume an ordinary ferry completes postal freight.
If loading or tracking fails, preserve route, aircraft and shipment IDs and the exact response. Avoid staging again until the existing manifest is checked.
