A market sale and a contract delivery are different operations. Match the exact cargo, airports and completion requirements.
1. Review the board
Open Cargo Contracts. Acceptance needs the relevant company permission. Use Available and Accepted filters to distinguish choices from work already assigned.
Inspect the contract ID, airports or stops, required and delivered quantity, reward and expiry. A listing can become unavailable while you read it.
2. Find work for your freighter
Where Contract Finder is available, select a company freighter, departure choices, optional destinations, stop count and distance limits, then Find Contracts.
- Check range, payload and starting location.
- Review every stop.
- Allow for repositioning, loading, flying and maintenance before expiry.
- Compare reward with the full cost of completion.
3. Accept and prepare
Read the confirmation, accept once, and verify the contract is assigned. If the response is slow, refresh its state before retrying.
Follow the pickup and loading workflow. In Prepare Flight, choose Freight and the matching contract source rather than an unrelated CargoLife purchase. Confirm the contract ID, aircraft and manifest before flight.
4. Deliver and check progress
- Complete the tracked leg to the specified airport.
- Perform the required delivery action.
- Reopen the contract and inspect delivered quantity and status.
- Complete remaining stops or quantities before assuming the entire contract is settled.
Arrival alone or a partial delivery may not complete the obligation.
If delivery is blocked
Check current airport, cargo commitment, selected contract, expiry and remaining quantity. Collect the contract ID and state for support before cancelling or recreating work.
Company contract creation inside CargoLife is described as disabled during beta in current help. That is separate from accepting available contracts from the contract board.
