1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of LukeAirTool, flyLAT, and all related services.
By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Please note that all money earned, transferred, or displayed within flyLAT is entirely fictional.
All features, systems, and economic mechanics are simulations and do not reflect real-world financial activity.
We are not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or connected in any way with any real airline, aviation company, or organisation.
All airlines, routes, operations, and activities within our platform are works of fiction and exist solely for entertainment and simulation purposes.
Anything you do within our system has no connection to, or impact on, the real world.
2. User Obligations
- Keep your software up to date. Outdated versions may result in account suspension or deletion.
- Unauthorized access, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
- Abuse toward staff or users may result in temporary or permanent bans.

From January 2026, all users will be required to provide their date of birth.
This requirement aligns with the European Union’s child-protection and age-assurance regulations,
as well as comparable standards in the United States. The relevant legislation includes:

Your date of birth will not be shared with any third party.
It is used solely to confirm your eligibility to access social features, including the internal messaging system.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.
If it is discovered that a false date of birth was supplied, your account will be suspended with immediate effect.
A dedicated “Age Verification & Child Safety” section may also be included in our Privacy Policy to clearly explain
how age-related data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with these regulations. This will be added before January 1st 2026 and will be found at the bottom of our main page as well as your portal.
3. Prohibited Activities
This also includes User Poaching, Advertising, Competitive Solicitation
- Cheating, exploiting, or modifying services.
- Disruptive or malicious behavior toward systems.
- Tampering with data transmissions.

Users are strictly prohibited from advertising, promoting, or marketing any third-party products, services, platforms, virtual airlines, or communities that directly compete with flyLAT or LukeAirTool.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited messages or emails to flyLAT users
- Direct messaging users via the flyLAT internal messaging system
- Contacting flyLAT users via Discord, social media, email, or any third-party platform with the intent to advertise competing services
- Recruiting or attempting to migrate users, airlines, staff, or communities away from flyLAT

Any attempt to exploit access to the flyLAT community for competitive gain, commonly referred to as “user poaching”, is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent enforcement action, including:
- Permanent ban of the offending user account
- Permanent removal and ban of the associated airline
- No refunds for any active or unused subscriptions

flyLAT reserves the right to enforce this policy without prior warning where sufficient evidence of user poaching or competitive solicitation exists.
4. Monitoring and Tracking
- We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent abuse.
- Data may include IPs, device info, and usage patterns.
- By using the services, you consent to such tracking.
5. Account Suspension, Ban, and Deletion
- No refunds for subscriptions after suspension or ban.
- Accounts inactive for 180 days may be deleted if there is no active subscription. (not included in beta testing phase)
- Deleted accounts lose all progress and purchases.
6. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Please note that subscription has not been introduced yet. The following terms will apply once the flyLAT Premium subscription service is live and can change before this time:

No Refund Policy: All payments made for flyLAT Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to, account bans or suspensions for violations of our Terms of Service.

7-Day Free Trial: New users, or users who have not previously subscribed to flyLAT Premium, may access a 7-day free trial period which will give you limited access to features. You must use this trial to evaluate whether flyLAT Premium is suitable for your needs. Continued use of the service after the trial period constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Not included during Free Trial: Transferring assets will not be allowed during trial period. Audio announcements cannot be generated or uploaded by the user. User will have access to default flyLAT audio announcements (once audio is implemented). List of limited features will be published before we implement premium

No Refunds for Account Actions: Refunds will not be issued for accounts that are banned or suspended due to violations of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

System Downtime Compensation: In the event that the flyLAT Premium service is unavailable for more than 2 hours within a 24-hour period, your subscription will be extended as follows:
- 2 to 12 hours downtime: 1 day extension
- 13 to 24 hours downtime: 2 days extension
- For each additional full 24-hour period of downtime, your subscription will be extended by an additional 2 days per 24-hour period
System downtime does not include scheduled maintenance, which will be announced in advance.

Recurring Billing: Subscriptions to flyLAT Premium are NOT automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. You would need to manually extend your subscription via the panel.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to flyLAT Premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

Pricing and Changes: flyLAT reserves the right to change the subscription price and features at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes and may cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. Sharing subscription accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service without refund.

Airline Owners: If your subscription is not renewed within 30 days after expiration, your airline may be suspended. If the subscription remains unpaid for 60 days after the expiry date, flyLAT reserves the right to permanently remove your airline from the system.

Modification of Terms: flyLAT may update or modify these subscription terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage users to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
7. PAX Cheating Strike System
- Strike 1: 1.5x profit deduction
- Strike 2: 1.8x profit deduction
- Strike 3: 2.0x profit deduction
- Strike 4: Airline Restriction (Subscription will not be paused)
- Strike 5: Potential Ban (Subscription will not be refunded)
8. Cargo Cheating Strike System
- Strike 1: Cargo returned and you loose profit for that amount
- Strike 2: Contract Withdrawn and fine for contract payout, loss 50% of trust level
- Strike 3: That specific company trust wipe, other companies 50% trust removed
- Strike 4: All trust lost
- Strike 5: Potential Ban (Subscription will not be refunded)
9. Intellectual Property
All content, services, and software are protected by copyright. Redistribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.
10. File Uploading and Sharing
By uploading any files, you confirm that you have full ownership or the necessary permissions to share and use the content. Audio announcements uploaded for your airline are strictly private and will only be accessible within your airline. These files will not be publicly available or shared outside your airline team.
You may update or replace your announcements at any time through your account portal. For more information about premium features and policies, please refer to our

11. Fair Use and Account Integrity
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of owning or managing multiple airlines just to exploit the economy (e.g. transferring money, assets, or staff between accounts), is strictly prohibited.
If we detect this type of behavior, all involved airlines may be permanently wiped without prior warning. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.
Please note: No refunds will be issued for any active subscriptions in the event of account suspension or airline data removal due to violation of this policy.
12. Amendments to the Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Important changes will be updated via portal.
Messaging Policy
The internal messaging system in flyLAT is designed to support communication between members of the community, airline teams, and friends.
Please follow your geographic rules regarding minimum age for social media.
Note: In your country (US), the minimum age to use messaging systems is 13 years old. Please ensure that this is correct. If you are under 13 years old please ensure you seek your parents or guardians permission.
By using the internal mail system, Discord integration, or any other communication tool within the flyLAT ecosystem, you agree to the following:
13. Respectful Communication
All users are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and sportsmanlike behavior in their messages.
14. No Harassment or Abuse
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes messages sent through Discord, internal mail, or any other flyLAT platform.
15. Message Monitoring
We do have a script that checks messages for content that may violate our Terms and Conditions. While this is an automated check, serious violations may trigger manual review by our moderation team.
16. Privacy Warning
Messages are not encrypted. Do not share any personal information such as addresses, passwords, or payment details through the messaging system.
The developers and flyLAT team will never ask for personal information. The system automatically detects admin messages and clearly displays when an admin has contacted you.
17. Immersion Use
Messaging should primarily be used for immersion purposes (e.g. airline operations, flight coordination). While you're free to communicate freely, all content must comply with our Terms and Conditions.
18. Reporting Inappropriate Messages
If you receive a message that violates this policy, please report it by providing a screenshot to the flyLAT moderation team via Discord or support.
19. Moderation and Bans
Users found violating this policy may be permanently banned from flyLAT. If banned, your subscription will not be extended or refunded.
20. Discord Conduct & Social Lounge
Server Wide Rules
- No direct @ mentions of admins, staff, moderators or developers
- No use of @ roles to attract attention
- No DMs to staff for support
- No caps shouting or swearing
- No political debates or mimicry (profile clones)
- No bullying, discrimination, racism, sexism, NSFW content or spam
- No talk or sharing of pirated content
21. Additional Points
Please be respectful to one another in this diverse community. Constructive opinions are welcomed, but malicious behavior is not tolerated.
Social Lounge Rules
- All general server rules still apply unless stated otherwise
- Must be 18+
- Swearing allowed if passive/comical, not offensive
- Friendly VA competition is welcome but must not turn toxic
22. Consequences
Offense #1: Warning
Offense #2: Timeout 1 hour
Offense #3: Timeout 2 days
Offense #4: Temporary Ban
Severe cases may result in immediate ban.
