Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LukeAirTool, flyLAT, and all related services. By using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update them from time to time without notice, and your continued use implies acceptance of the current version.
1. Subscription
- FlyLAT Premium offers two plans: 6 Months (£XX.XX) and 12 Months (£XX.XX).
- Only airline owners (CEOs) are required to subscribe. Pilots and employees do not need a subscription if they belong to a subscribed airline.
- New airlines receive a 7-day free trial, $10,000,000 balance and access to generic audio. Once expired, a subscription is required to continue managing the airline. Some features remain limited during trial.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew to avoid service interruption.
- If your subscription expires, your airline will be suspended after 30 days. If it remains inactive for 60 days, the airline may be permanently deleted.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to the airline it was purchased for. They cannot be shared across accounts.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are provided for unused time.
2. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are accepted via Stripe and PayPal. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may include transaction fees based on your payment method.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction, early cancellation, account bans, or suspensions.
- Users are encouraged to use the 7-day free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing.
- If your account is restricted by moderation or anti-cheat systems and later cleared, your subscription will be extended by the number of days lost.
- Audio Tokens: Audio generation tokens are non-refundable. Users are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their script inputs.
- Downtime Compensation: We extend subscriptions if flyLAT Premium experiences unscheduled downtime:
- 2–12 hours: +1 day
- 13–24 hours: +2 days
- Each additional 24-hour block: +2 days
Scheduled maintenance and outages beyond our control are excluded.
3. Rights and Restrictions
- Premium users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access flyLAT Premium features. This does not grant ownership of any flyLAT system, code, or content.
- The platform is a work-in-progress. Bugs and temporary feature removals may occur. Users will be notified of scheduled maintenance at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
- Live service status is available at flylat.net/status.
- You are responsible for your account. If you choose to share it (e.g. multiple users managing one airline), you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for shared access issues.
- Reselling, reverse engineering, exploiting, or manipulating any part of the service is strictly prohibited and will result in termination without refund.
- flyLAT reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violations of these terms, community standards, or security policies.
4. Upload Policy
- All uploaded content (audio, images, text) must be either owned by you or fully licensed for your use.
- Content must not include hate speech, harassment, explicit material, or copyrighted media without permission.
- You are solely responsible for all uploads on your account. flyLAT is not liable for any copyright or legal issues arising from your uploads.
- flyLAT may review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these terms or platform standards, with or without notice.
5. Audio Policy
- Audio announcements are exclusive to Premium CEOs and must be in MP3 format. File limits are shown on the upload form.
- All generated or uploaded audio is for in-platform use only. Redistribution or reuse outside flyLAT is not permitted.
- Audio generation tokens are final and cannot be refunded. Double-check your script before submitting.
- We do not guarantee pronunciation or tone in generated audio. Re-generations require a new token.
- flyLAT may remove or restrict offensive or abusive audio content and apply penalties for repeated violations.
6. Service Uptime and Compensation
- We aim for 99.9% uptime, but disruptions may occur due to maintenance, bugs, or third-party issues.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Unexpected downtime may occur without notice if urgent fixes are required.
- Downtime compensation applies only for Premium users affected by unplanned service outages (see Section 2).
7. Access
- Premium access is tied to the account that purchased it. Only that CEO receives access to subscription features.
- Accounts may be suspended for violating terms, triggering anti-cheat systems, or breaching platform security.
- Account holders must keep login credentials safe. flyLAT is not responsible for loss of access due to third-party access or leaked credentials.
8. Transferring Ownership
- Airline ownership transfers are not allowed unless formally approved by the flyLAT team.
- Transfer requests must come from the current CEO with verifiable proof.
- Airlines that are sold, flipped, or misused through transfer may be suspended or removed.
9. Moderation
- flyLAT monitors activity to maintain a safe, fair, and respectful community environment.
- Violations such as harassment, impersonation, exploit abuse, or hate speech may result in temporary or permanent bans without refund.
- Moderation decisions are final. You may appeal, but we are not required to reverse any action.
- Severe violations may result in the removal of your airline, content, or account from the platform.
10. Audio
- Uploaded or generated audio is for exclusive in-platform use. Redistribution, resale, or external use is prohibited.
- Only Premium CEOs may upload or generate custom audio. Free users may use default audio provided by flyLAT.
- flyLAT may reuse user-generated audio in limited ways (e.g. demo previews) but will never publish your content without permission.
11. Other
- These Terms may change over time. Updates will be posted on the platform. Continued use implies agreement with all current terms.
- If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other sections remain valid and in full effect.
