Terms of Service for Airline CEOs
Last updated: March 21, 2025
1. CEO Responsibilities
As the CEO or owner of an airline within the flyLAT ecosystem, you hold a position of trust and responsibility. You must act in good faith and in accordance with both the spirit and letter of these Terms of Service. Breaching any of these rules will result in your airline being restricted or blocked and your account permanently banned. No refunds will be issued for any active subscriptions or lost progress in the event of a ban or airline removal.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities
-
Multi-Account Exploitation: Creating multiple accounts to own or manage several airlines for the purpose of farming credits, transferring assets, or otherwise exploiting the system is strictly forbidden.
-
Organised Credit Farming: Collaborating with other users or accounts in any way to artificially increase bank balances, credits, or airline reputation outside of legitimate gameplay (flights, contracts, etc) is not permitted.
-
System Exploitation: Any attempts to manipulate, exploit, or abuse system features, bugs, or loopholes in order to gain unfair advantages, financial gain, or reputation are violations of these terms.
-
Third-Party/External Management: All airline management, flights, contracts, and other activities must be performed using the official flyLAT app, web portal, or webapp. Use of unauthorized tools or scripts is not allowed.
-
Inappropriate Content: Uploading offensive, adult, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate airline logos is forbidden. Content must be suitable for all audiences.
-
Inappropriate Naming: Naming your airline with offensive language, hate speech, or in a way that is misleading, imitative, or not suitable for a global community is prohibited. Airlines named after alliances or groups (e.g. “OneWorld”, “SkyTeam”) will be requested to rename, as future alliance features are planned.
-
Copyright Violations: Uploading copyrighted or unlicensed audio (including airline announcements or music) without permission is strictly forbidden.
-
Messaging System Abuse: Using internal mail or any other messaging features to spam, harass, or abuse others is not tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.
3. Enforcement and Penalties
-
Any airline found violating these rules may be immediately restricted, blocked, or deleted at the sole discretion of the flyLAT moderation and admin team.
-
Users responsible for serious breaches will have their accounts permanently banned across all flyLAT services.
-
No refunds will be provided for any active subscriptions, in-app purchases, or airline progress lost as a result of disciplinary actions.
4. Reporting and Appeals
If you believe your airline or account has been restricted or banned in error, you may contact the support team via the Heron Digital Support Portal. All appeals will be reviewed, but the moderation team's decision is final.
