Maintenance

To register all aircraft

1. Go to Fleet

2. Got to "Fleet Mx"

3. You be presented with a screen looking like this:

4. Click the BIG YELLLOW BUTTON that says "Register All Aircraft Mx Records"

5. Allow some time for it to complete. This will register all aircraft on our new maintenance system without you needing to do it for each aircraft.

How to read 'Mx' Data

1. Go to Fleet Menu Option

2. Click Fleet

3. Click 'view'

4. You will see a page like this. 'Mx Status' is what we are looking at here. This is your overview per aircraft.

5. In Fleet Management, you have the same indications. This is what they look like.

5a. Next Check Due in X Hours (In Beige) - This is a indicator that the aircraft is close to it's check and should be considered for being sent for a check

5b. Check Overdue by x Hours (In Red) - This indicates that your aircraft is over the prescribed maintenance schedule and needs to be services immediately. In this version, there no "fines" or "consequences" of not servicing as this is a new system however, we strongly do no recommend allowing your aircraft to go beyond 20 hours overdue. In the future this will impact your safety ratings and will lead to heavy fines.

How to read 'Mx' Data - Continued

1. Go to Fleet Menu Option

2. Click Fleet

3. Click 'view' on any aircraft

4. Click Aircraft Mx along the left side menu

5. For our users who wish to be a little more technical, this maintenance screen offers more in depth information about it's maintenance and how long it should take. This screen also provides you the option to be in full control over which check your aircraft can be sent for.

How to read 'Mx' Data - Checks

A-Check

A A-Check is your most common check. Often an inspection that needs the aircraft to have downtime for a few hours.

B-Check

A B-Check isn't as common these days as it's often combined into the A-Check however for the aircraft that do require this per the maintenance information we got hold of, this is a heavier inspection, a little more in depth outside of tyre kicking and spinning the fan blades.

C-Check

In the world of heavy maintenance visits, this is the lighter of the two options. As far as repairs, tearing up panels and swapping cabins out are concerned, a C-Check will come around quick than you would expect but it's the earliest option for routine deep maintenance.

D-Check

The grand daddy of maintenance. In the real world, this tends to be something that happens ~8 years apart. This is often a strip down to barebones, leave no stone un-turned style service. Most aircraft will only under 2 or 3 in their lifespan, maybe even 4 depending on the schedules.
